Hassan is a dynamic leader with over two decades of international and local experience spanning operations, human resource development, training, and communication. With a proven record across the UK and Pakistan, Hassan has been recognized for building high-performing teams, driving organizational growth, and delivering large-scale capacity-building initiatives that connect people, purpose, and performance.
Recently served as the Head of Operations at HSM (a subsidiary of the Hameed Latif Group), Hassan led operations across the UAE and Pakistan, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth through quality-driven, customer-centric strategies.
Throughout his career, Hassan has made significant contributions to healthcare training and development, working with leading institutions such as Hameed Latif Hospital, LIFE Pakistan, Omar Hospital, and MidCity Hospital. He has designed and delivered impactful “Patient First” programs that have elevated service standards, improved staff communication, and enhanced patient care experiences.
Internationally, Hassan has served as a Communication Expert and Performance Coach with renowned organizations including NHS Scotland, Three Mobile, Capita, Sky, and Webhelp in the United Kingdom. He has been honored with multiple awards, including the Best Trainer Award (Samsung & Huawei, 2019) and a Star Award at Webhelp, recognizing excellence in training, leadership, and staff development.
Beyond professional achievements, Hassan is deeply committed to education and social impact. He was elected as an executive member of the Central Executive Committee of the Aitchison College Old Boys Association (ACOBA) from 1998 to 2014. A proud alumnus and Champion for the 1996 Batch at Aitchison College, Hassan has played an active role in fundraising for the Aitchison College Endowment Fund Initiative (2025), supporting future generations of students through scholarships and educational advancement.
Hassan is passionate about using leadership, communication, and capacity building to empower people and organizations. He excels in cross-cultural management, stakeholder engagement, and governance, consistently aligning strategy with empathy to achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes.
